Machu Picchu booked... and I have new shoes!!

Yes, I've made up my mind...after hitting the gym this week... I managed to do 1 hour on the cross trainer...  So a bit over 10km, at an average of 67rpm.. hopefully I'll be fit enough for the up coming pain...  ( After twisting and my back giving a rather scary crack.. a few weeks ago, the chiropractor has limited my gym to the cross trainer... And walking!!!)

Flights are all booked... Hotels/tours are booked... Altho I think the tour confirms in 3 days... Fingers crossed....

oooh yeah I got some new shoes... The xiaomi AliExpress specials were way way too tight... After 4 days of attempting to break them in, I gave up!!  So have gone from UK 9.5 to UK 11... Damn!!! Will see if I can stretch the AliExpress ones when I get back... Mountain warehouse..

Trekking shoes..water proof...very light weight...

Anyway.... 1 week to go!!!!  Eeep and I haven't done a test pack!!!
